The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. Dear Chief Justice Roberts,

The New Testament epistle to the Hebrews states that there is no place to hide from the penetrating scrutiny of God’s holy gaze, but that “all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” (Hebrews 4:13)  In the book of Numbers it is written, “Be sure your sins will find you out!” (Numbers 32:23)  The truth always comes out.

Two months ago, I sent a letter to you asking you and your colleagues to schedule a full hearing on the matter of Barak Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States based on his apparent refusal to produce a certified copy of his birth certificate.  There is mounting evidence suggesting that Mr. Øbama is not a natural-born US citizen, perhaps not a US citizen at all.

The burden of proof of citizenship rests with the candidate and his nominating party, does it not? The fact that Barak Obama has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawyer fees to block dozens of legitimate attempts to gain access to his birth and education records, is itself prima facie evidence that he is hiding something. With respect to his birth record, what could he possibly be hiding but his place of birth?  Does a spurious PDF image of a “Certification of Live Birth” posted on a website serve as evidence enough for the Supreme Court to look the other way on this critical Constitutional issue?

If by some other means it comes to light that Barak Obama is not a natural-born US citizen, what will it do to Americans’ confidence in the Presidency, let alone in the highest court in this land? What will it mean if Barak Obama is indeed a Kenyan citizen as attested by his Kenyan grandmother who claims to have been present in the hospital delivery room when he was born in Nairobi? How will US military commanders respond to a “Commander in Chief” who isn’t constitutionally eligible to be President, let alone command US troops into battle? What kind of precedent will this set should future foreign-born individuals decide they want to run for office?

Are American citizens obliged to obey the Executive Orders of a man whose eligibility to be President is dubious? Are American citizens obliged to obey American National Guard troops who are commanded by a foreign national?  Can a majority of American citizens legitimately elect as President a man who isn’t constitutionally eligible? Can a majority of Americans override the Constitution by electing someone who is ineligible?

I realize that the truth might mean chaos for a time; in all likelihood, rioting, violence and even death might ensue. However, as the economy continues to deteriorate and more Americans are unemployed, or if some other civil or natural crisis occurs, will this issue not add to the civil uncertainty as a result of Americans’ loss of confidence in the White House? You see, Justice Roberts how avoidance merely delays the inevitable. Mark my words. The US Legislature and the courts will not be able to sweep this under the rug.  If you do not deal with this issue now, the day will come when you will curse the day you decided to ignore it.

The fact that Barak Obama has retained elite legal counsel and paid them hundreds of thousands of dollars to block any legitimate attempt to gain access to his certified birth record, when it would be much easer and cost only $500 to obtain and distribute fifty copies to inquisitors, is itself compelling prima facie evidence that demands a rebuttal, or delivery of the goods.  In the absence of these, it must be assumed that Barak Obama is ineligible to be President and that his removal from the White House, by force if necessary, is mandated.

How much more evidence do we need? Why are our elected representatives standing idly by while this fraud, who has not provided a single shred of certifiable evidence that  he is a natural-born US citizen, whose birth in Kenya has been attested to by family eyewitnesses, whose childhood enrolment in an Indonesian Madrasah suggests he would have had to renounce citizenship in any other country and become an Indonesian citizen, shreds the US Constitution?  It is time to remove this evil impostor from the White House or America is finished.

Early nineteenth-century Liberalism,¹

… stresses the importance of human rationality, individual property rights, natural rights, the protection of civil liberties, constitutional limitations of government, free markets, and individual freedom from restraint as exemplified in the writings of Adam Smith, John Stuart Mill, Montesquieu, Voltaire and others … The qualification classical was applied in retrospect to distinguish early nineteenth-century liberalism from the "new liberalism" associated with Thomas Hill Green, Leonard Trelawny Hobhouse, and Franklin D. Roosevelt, which grants a more interventionist role for the state.²

‘Liberal’ and ‘Liberalism’ as they are used today, bear little resemblance to their original meanings.  Today’s Liberalism equates to Statism³ and today’s Liberal is, for all intents and purposes, a Statist. Before they can plunder a society, however, Statists must first "bind the strong man” of truth, for truth is the statist's greatest enemy.  This goal is attained by infecting a society’s time-honored traditional values with pathogenic philosophies such as Multiculturalism, Feminism, Homosexuality, Hedonism, Abortion, and other reprehensible ‘isms.’  For purposes of this article,  I will refer to Statism as a plague—which it is.  The first phase of Statism involves co-opting the host culture’s language, particularly in the area of traditional values, which are a free society's first line of defense against tyranny.  To illustrate, American Statists have hijacked Classical Liberalism’s ‘individual liberty' by shackling it with an “anything goes” meaning that amounts to moral turpitude.⁴  Thus, Statists have turned America's time-honored value of individual liberty against us in much the same way that an autoimmune disease turns the body's own defenses against itself.

The Apostle Peter spoke of the days we now live in: “While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.” (2 Peter 2:19) The Psalmist wrote, “But unto the wicked God saith, ‘What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth? Seeing thou hatest instruction, and casteth my words behind thee.’” (Psalm 50:16-17) Why is this significant?

The West has tossed out God’s Law and a terrifying irony is unfolding as a result—a tyrannical ideology is rushing in to fill the spiritual and moral vacuum in Europe, Canada, and the United States. What is this terrifying irony and what is its prophetic significance?

Muslim populations and thus, Political Islam, are metastasizing indomitably across Europe, Canada and the United States. Muslim birth rates in the west are far outpacing native population birth rates. If these demographic trends continue, the only thing that stands between Eurabia, Canadistan, and Amerabia is time, and not much of it.

The terrifying irony is this: As Political Islam (a redundancy) ascends to prominence, the Law of the one and only God who is love, will gradually be replaced by an intolerant, oppressive, imposed Islamic morality that is at war with everything modern Liberals hold dear.

The neo-Liberal values the West has stubbornly refused to abandon will be forced upon it in the form of Sharia.⁵ Voluntary adherence will be replaced by forced subjugation to Islamic law which rejects Multiculturalism, Feminism, Homosexuality, Abortion and Hedonism and imposes austere penalties for law-breakers, capital punishment among them. Then the West which chose absolute “freedom” over the perfect “Law of Liberty” (James 2:12) will be given absolute tyranny.

As the scenario above plays out, the West will find itself in the horrible predicament described in the first chapter of Proverbs for those who reject God’s wisdom and counsel:

Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD: They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. (Proverbs 1:24-31)

The cover story of the March 7, 2009 edition of Newsweek Magazine features a contentious article by David Frum entitled, “Why Rush is Wrong: The party of Buckley and Reagan is now bereft and dominated by the politics of Limbaugh. A conservative's lament.” Frum opens his dirge with an outburst over an outburst (Frum’s term for any of Levin’s opening monologues) by Conservative talk show host Mark Levin in which he castigates pseudo-Conservatives using Frum as an illustration.

After his initial outburst over Levin’s outburst, Frum launches into another outburst, this time to bombast Rush Limbaugh for his bombastism. Realizing that bombasting a bombastic Conservative icon like Rush Limbaugh in Newsweek might not carry as much weight with Conservatives as it would say, in the American Spectator or Human Events, Frum precedes his bombastation of Rush with his CV of Conservative “bona fides.” He cites a meal with Mark Levin, volunteering for the Reagan campaign, attending Republican conventions, presiding over his law school’s Federalist Society, working on the WSJ editorial page, writing Bush II speeches, serving on the Giuliani campaign, voting for McCain, supporting the Iraq war and supporting Clinton’s impeachment, to prove he’s earned the right to bombast Rush.

In his bombastation, Frum insinuates that Rush’s bombastism typifies the views of a small but vocal Conservo-Fascist fringe and this, he argues, disqualifies Rush to be anointed “Conservative Pontiff.” He then explains why Rush as Conservatism’s ex cathedra bombastador would accelerate the current exodus from Conservatism and spell the end of the movement as we know it. I thought Frum was against Conservatism “as we know it?”

So let me get this straight, Frum’s participation in a bunch of Conservative field experiences makes him a bona fide Conservative? Considering the level of intelligence those activities demand, Frum must be smart enough to know that joining a Conservative “scavenger hunt” doesn’t automatically make someone is a true scavenger, any more than participating in Conservative activities makes someone a true Conservative.

The activities Frum lists would be expected of a model Conservative, to be sure. But they are only an indication that someone might be a Conservative, not dispositive proof. I don’t mean to be profane, but for Buckley’s sake! Judas participated in discipleship activities with Jesus for 3.5 years, heard his teachings, ate with him, and witnessed his miracles, but in retrospect, few would argue that those activities by themselves made Judas a bona fide disciple of Jesus. Neither does doing Conservative activities make one a bona fide Conservative.

I can’t recall ever hearing Rush Limbaugh say he wants to be anointed “leader of the Republican Party,” as Frum asserts, except perhaps as a tongue-in-cheek gadget to illustrate the absurdity of his detractors’ bombasts and outbursts. To be honest, we true Conservatives don’t “need” Levin to outburst or Rush to bombast for us, we can do it ourselves. We love Mark and Rush, not because they teach us what to believe, but because they espouse principles we already believe.

Conservatism is simple, really. “In a nutshell,” true Conservatism is a set of absolutes that derive from a Judeo-Christian understanding of right and wrong and a devotion to the United States Constitution as the Framers intended it. As such, Conservatism and bombastic Government are mutually exclusive; Conservatism and abortion cannot coexist, and so on.

Granted, it’s not always easy to tell who is and who isn’t a true Conservative. Some people who look a lot like Conservatives might actually be of the Heinz 57 variety, Liberoconservamoderate mutts if you will. But true Conservatives are, by definition, pedigreed purebreds. You can’t be a Conservative and have a little bit of Liberal in you. You can’t be a Conservative on every issue save one, such as abortion, and still be a Conservative. “Purebred mutt” is an oxymoron.

A Republican is a Conservative is a Republican does not hold up; true Conservatism is party agnostic anyway. Which brings me to another question: Is Frum a true Conservative or not?  Is he a purebred or a mutt?  Has he relaxed his Conservative values, or is he just now “coming out.” The difference is subtle, but the answer could explain why so many people who claim to be true Conservatives never were.

As for Levin’s outbursts and Rush’s bombastism, they comfort me. Why? Because they provide cathartic relief by mirroring the anger that has been building in me as I watch the irresponsible, dangerous, idiotic, America-destroying things that, as Frum decorates him, our “soft-spoken,” “conciliatory,” “never angry,” “always invoking the recession and its victims,” “devoted husband and father,” President and his appointees are doing to dismantle America. Again, not to be profane, but for Reagan’s sake! just because he’s smiling doesn’t mean he’s not destroying the country!

It is unfortunate that Mark Levin’s outbursts and Rush Limbaugh’s bombastism are offensive to David Frum and other pseudo-Conservatives, but it wasn’t Limbaugh or Levin who said, “Our society finds truth too strong a medicine to digest undiluted. In its purest form, truth is not a polite tap on the shoulder; it is a howling reproach.” It was ABC Nightline anchor, Ted Koppel, a noted master of artful confrontation. The only thing I see in Frum’s lament is an adolescent over-sensitivity to frank logic and tough love.

We must not allow fear or resignation to incapacitate us. We must not give up. We must remain confident in this our mission because God is with us and our intentions are just!

In her March 26, 2008 Washington Post opinion piece, "Hijabs at a Harvard Gym," editorial writer and columnist Ruth Marcus described accommodations made to Muslim believers by Harvard University administrators as “a measure of America’s multicultural journey over the past half-century.”  Marcus noted that “Harvard has closed one of its gyms to men for six hours a week so that Muslim women could exercise comfortably.”  She also cited Harvard’s decision to permit “broadcasting the Muslim call to prayer from the steps of Harvard’s main library during Islamic Awareness Week.”  If, as Marcus states, this is just another innocent expression of America’s "multicultural journey" then the frog in the kettle is almost cooked. (NOTE: "Multicultural journey" is a euphemism for “cultural death march.”)

It is interesting to note that Harvard University Press, in a project that spans decades, is publishing The Adams Papers which chronicle the family histories and writings of Framer and second President of the United States, John Adams and those of his son, sixth President, John Quincy. John Quincy Adams, himself a Harvard Law graduate, wrote the following about Islam:

Granted, Marcus says “accommodation has its limits.” Ok, what are the limits?  Shouldn’t we know what “the limits” are going in?  And, when do we non-Muslims start getting some accommodation from our (we’re certain) multicultural Muslim friends? Marcus advocates a “regime of reasonable accommodation,” but she does not define “reasonable.” Shouldn’t we know what our non-negotiables are before we start to accomodate?

Dear President Obama,

I am Conservative. Unlike Liberals, Socialists and Marxists, tyranny's three neopolitan flavors, we Conservatives do not need a media icon to tell us how or what to think. Our ideals were not given to us by Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity or Mark Levin. These radio talk show hosts merely reflect what we already believe in our hearts and articulate it in ways that encourage us and reassure us that we are not alone or going insane as we listen to the never-ending barrage of foolishness Liberals spew.  Yes, Rush, Sean and Mark encourage us, but if even if they are censored tomorrow, we will still find ways to encourage ourselves and fight on.

You see, Mr. President, Conservatives' thinking has little to do with any Talk Radio host and much to do with ground truth. We think as Conservatives because we believe fundamental truths that do not evolve to accommodate changing public opinion. Unlike the Liberal Party of Polls, we are the Conservative Party of Principles. You may be able to slow us down at times, but you will never stop us for good, nor will you silence us. We are not like Liberals who rely on ‘market intelligence’ or retreat at the first sign of negative public opinion. We continue our steady march forward because our heading is just, not dictated by changing wind direction.

When Liberalism comes apart at the seams, our principles will guide and strengthen us. Conservatism is a strong tower of refuge in times of tyranny or trouble. Our ideals steady us, enabling us to stand strong against the stormy gale of Relativism. Death cannot stop us and adversity can’t defeat us. Our ideals represent the most potent threat to your tyrannical control and lust for power. That is why you are afraid of us, Mr. President. That is why you want to silence us.

We Conservatives know why and what we are fighting for; they are worth everything to us, even life itself. When self-motivated, power hungry politicians such as yourself think they are threatened, they wither and flee because America is not worth it to them. We, on the other hand, run to the battle.  Knowing in advance that you have no will to fight, we take up the banner of America and fight for you, Mr. President. We fill the breaches Liberals abandon. Why then, do you want to stop us? Why do you want to silence us?

When the violent storms which you and your federation of fools have unleashed on this nation have finally passed, Conservatism’s house will still be seen standing because it is built upon an enduring foundation of truth and courage. Liberalism’s house, built upon the shifting sands of public opinion and lust for power, will be swept away in the flood.

Know this, Mr. President, that you have awakened a ‘sleeping giant.’ You and your party are in for the fight of your lives. And even if you somehow manage to silence our Talk Radio heroes, pass laws to end free speech, or even go so far as to imprison or deport every Conservative American, you will not be able to stop us. For, our hearts constantly remind us that Man is made in the image of the Creator who is Love and Truth, untamable and free. Tyranny has never been able to silence Truth. Truth has never been a slave to any tyrant.

While many men are too calloused or lost to understand they are enslaved by Liberalism, others will hear the distant cry of their own hearts for the true freedom only Truth can deliver. No matter what you do to weigh us down, no matter how many shackles you use to bind us, no matter how strong a prison you lock us in, no matter how far you throw away the key, this divine heart-cry for freedom will always find a way to fight its way out of human hearts and contend with tyranny. The fight may be difficult and long and you might do away with every one of us, but still others will arise to replace us.

We are not alone in this fight, Mr. President. Our convictions do not emanate from ourselves. but are infused in our hearts by a generous, freedom-giving God who inspires our thoughts and empowers our actions until, finally, the meek [shall] inherit the earth.

It is a pity, really. You began your vocation with such noble intentions but now you have been compromised. Even though you won the last Presidential race by masquerading as someone you are not, and even though a far-left national media dissembled with you, you are still owned. Even so, you still possess a rare gift and opportunity to achieve true greatness. Without the Almighty’s backing, however, I do not believe you have what it takes.

Perhaps in this life, certainly in the next, you will come face with what you have done and the condition you have left this great country in. America will have been weakened, but not by a foreign power. America’s greatest enemies hide within the Trojan Horses of Liberalism, Socialism, and Marxism, which I mentioned at the beginning of this letter. Will you return to nobleness, or remain intractable against what is right?

You and your administration will be shaken to the very core by the things that are coming on America. The repercussions of the policies you have implemented, that you knew full well could damage America, will backfire. They will last longer and be far more serious than you or your advisors ever thought possible. But it will be too late to change course; you will not be able to stop it because it is God who loves us, who is chastizing us. You see, Mr. President, despite the deception and manipulative skill you employed to get elected, it is God who put you in office, not because your ideals are noble, but to chastize this nation which has forgotten Him days without number.

Some in your administration will crumble under the fear and pressure. Others will abandon you or turn against you. At that time, Mr. President, you will be faced with another 'defining moment' during which you will be weighed in the balances to find out if you are wanting or not. At that time, you will swallow your pride, reject the Liberal dissenting voices of your advisors, and lead this country out of tyranny and back to the only true Judeo-Christian God who shed His amazing grace upon America the Beautiful, who you claim to have a relationship with. Or, you will stubbornly persist in ineffective Liberal inventions that will have brought us to that point. Thus you will make matters worse and allow America to sink deeper into difficulty and despair.

When this comes to pass, the only hope for American will be to turn away from all that is evil and implore a just, holy, and lavishly merciful God to forgive us and relent of the evil He has brought upon us. I am praying that you will turn away from vain pretention to your professed faith, to true faith in Jesus Christ. I am praying that you will diligently seek Him and His forgiveness and strive to govern this great nation in truth, justice and righteousness before it is too late.
