America's Most Credible News Source

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breathtaking speed, against the backdrop of a passive, hapless … people.
Liberals hardly notice when Rush Limbaugh makes a statement like that; its all in the Conservative talk radio noise. But when Russian journalist Stanislav Mishin makes it, every American ought to tune in and listen as intently as they would if E. F. Hutton opened his mouth. The quote is the opening sentence in Mishin’s article, American Capitalism Gone with a Whimper, which appeared in the April 27, 2009 edition of PRAVDA On-Line1, a Web-based reincarnation of the former official organ of the Soviet Union’s Central Committee, Pravda, which Russian Federation President Boris Yeltzin ordered shut down in 1991.2
 
Mishin derides America’s capitalist arrogance and inability to arrest Marxism’s influence. His article evinces sarcastic admiration for the speed with which upstart Marxist rookie, Barak Obama, and his comrades are showing up Russia’s Bolsheviks, who “wrote the book” on social revolution. In particular, Mishin cites profligate Government deficit spending and private industry takeovers by the Obama Administration as examples of their bold and aggressive style. 
The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more than another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.
Mishin continues, citing various social strategies statists have implemented to weaken American resolve against totalitarianism: 
… the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years … Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters … First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture … Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more than Sunday circuses …
Mishin concludes by exhorting fellow Russians who own businesses and industries in America to “look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left.”
 
One of the things I take away from reading Mishin’s article, and it is telling, is this: When the Russian media become a more accurate and reliable source of information about goings-on in America than the American media, it is time to stop indulging America’s mainstream media by absorbing their spin on the “news.” Otherwise, the results can be disastrous—well-meaning Americans who would otherwise oppose the statists’ pernicious revolution, were they accurately informed, end up being its willing accomplices.
 
I would encourage everyone who reads this to go to Pravda On-Line and read Mishin’s article. If you happen to be one of the American mainstream media’s hapless victims, it is time to de-neutralize yourself and engage, as Mishin exhorts Russian business owners, “as fast as possible” and “while there is still value left” in the American dream.

$1,000,000 Birth Certificate

People who know me will confirm that my fiscal track record is unlikely to garner an appearance on The Dave Ramsey Show. If a problem has two possible solutions, one costing $10 and the other $1,000,000, however, even I have enough fiduciary stock to be invested with that choice. I would not fail.
 
Barak Obama has a birth certificate problem. I know about the $10 solution because I read about it myself on Hawaii’s Department of Health (DOH) website. All Barak needs to do to get a certified copy of his birth certificate is go to the Hawaii Vital Records web page with a credit card, and for about the cost of three packs of smokes, they’ll ship it straight to the Oval Office. Strangely, Barak's approach involves paying high-powered attorneys about $1-million to make sure his birth certificate doesn't ever see the light of day. I don't know what the big deal is about $10 but maybe he wants to economically stimulate the attorneys. Or, maybe he's intimidated by the Internet. All I know is, the Obama team defined “tech-savvy" during the campaign, so I’m sure they’ll figure it out soon enough.
 
Lots of Americans believe Barak Obama’s a genius, a “miracle worker,” practically “divine.” Why Louie Farrahkahn even says he’s “the messiah.” He’s so smart, in fact, that he is healing the U.S. economy, right before our very eyes and for the first time in recorded history, by profligately taxing and spending it back from the brink of eternal destruction to the mount of economic transfiguration. They say he’s gonna do it with Cap and Trade (whatever that is) and Health Care Reform too. Every other country that has tried has failed, but they didn’t have “the messiah.”
 
I may not be an economic Einstein, but I'd spend the ten bucks and have certified copies of my birth certificate mailed to every plaintiff who has filed suit in a U.S. court alleging that I’m ineligible to be President because I’ve never produced it. I’d have never have guessed that spending a million dollars on attorneys to keep my birth record private is a better idea than the ten dollar option, but I guess that’s why Barak Obama is in the White House and I’m still paying rent.

Letter to Chief Justice Roberts re Barak Obama's Citizenship

After I typed this letter to Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, I learned of the case of US Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook who is balking at orders to deploy to Afghanistan because he does not believe Barak Obama is a natural-born US citizen and thus is ineligible to serve as President and Commander in Chief.  Cook’s attorney, Orly Taitz, has filed court papers requesting a temporary restraining order citing her client’s conscientious objection. Why would any US soldier be required to obey the command of a foreign national or someone who has never proven his status as a natural-born US citizen and thus his eligibility to be President and command US troops? As I have said many times before, this is not going away.

Dear Chief Justice Roberts,

The New Testament epistle to the Hebrews states that there is no place to hide from the penetrating scrutiny of God’s holy gaze, but that “all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” (Hebrews 4:13)  In the book of Numbers it is written, “Be sure your sins will find you out!” (Numbers 32:23)  The truth always comes out.

Two months ago, I sent a letter to you asking you and your colleagues to schedule a full hearing on the matter of Barak Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States based on his apparent refusal to produce a certified copy of his birth certificate.  There is mounting evidence suggesting that Mr. Øbama is not a natural-born US citizen, perhaps not a US citizen at all.

The burden of proof of citizenship rests with the candidate and his nominating party, does it not? The fact that Barak Obama has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawyer fees to block dozens of legitimate attempts to gain access to his birth and education records, is itself prima facie evidence that he is hiding something. With respect to his birth record, what could he possibly be hiding but his place of birth?  Does a spurious PDF image of a “Certification of Live Birth” posted on a website serve as evidence enough for the Supreme Court to look the other way on this critical Constitutional issue?

If by some other means it comes to light that Barak Obama is not a natural-born US citizen, what will it do to Americans’ confidence in the Presidency, let alone in the highest court in this land? What will it mean if Barak Obama is indeed a Kenyan citizen as attested by his Kenyan grandmother who claims to have been present in the hospital delivery room when he was born in Nairobi? How will US military commanders respond to a “Commander in Chief” who isn’t constitutionally eligible to be President, let alone command US troops into battle? What kind of precedent will this set should future foreign-born individuals decide they want to run for office?

Are American citizens obliged to obey the Executive Orders of a man whose eligibility to be President is dubious? Are American citizens obliged to obey American National Guard troops who are commanded by a foreign national?  Can a majority of American citizens legitimately elect as President a man who isn’t constitutionally eligible? Can a majority of Americans override the Constitution by electing someone who is ineligible?

I realize that the truth might mean chaos for a time; in all likelihood, rioting, violence and even death might ensue. However, as the economy continues to deteriorate and more Americans are unemployed, or if some other civil or natural crisis occurs, will this issue not add to the civil uncertainty as a result of Americans’ loss of confidence in the White House? You see, Justice Roberts how avoidance merely delays the inevitable. Mark my words. The US Legislature and the courts will not be able to sweep this under the rug.  If you do not deal with this issue now, the day will come when you will curse the day you decided to ignore it.

Hundreds of thousands of Americans have died defending our freedoms since the Founding. I’d rather see American cities burn and be done with it than stand idly by while American liberty is slowly incinerated by a foreign-born national!  You do realize that if Obama is not a US citizen that Americans are under foreign occupation?

This doesn’t have to be a fait accompli. My appeal is not based on the false notion that Justices are “elected representatives.” I understand the Court is not a legislature. I am not an attorney—obviously—But I am well-educated, intelligent and most important of all, I have common sense. As an American, in the name of the Constitution of the United States which you swore to uphold, in the name of Almighty God who will judge the living and the dead, and on behalf of every American who has a right to know if Barak Øbama’s is a natural-born US citizen, I appeal to you to deal squarely with this issue. I have a right to make this appeal to you; I do not need to be an attorney to do so, any more than a Supreme Court justice is required to have law degree to be on the Supreme Court.

Please—Act before it is too late.  Act before America is lost forever.

Dreams of My American Father on America's 233rd Birthday

Barak Obama's treasonous attempt to vacate the US Constitution by occupying the Office of President of the United States as a foreign-born national

I, William Jr., am the first-born son of my deceased father, William Sr.  My father was a member of the Greatest Generation and a patriotic American.  On December 8, 1944, one day after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, he enlisted in the US Army Air Force. On July 21, 1944, on a bombing mission deep into Southern Germany, his B-24 Liberator, the “Lucky Buck,” took shrapnel and began to rapidly lose altitude. The crew bailed out and my father was captured by German troops. He was forced to march across Germany to a POW camp, Stalag Luft #3, where he remained a prisoner until VE Day, May 8, 1945. At 6-foot, 2-inches tall, my father weighed less than 100 pounds by the time his German captors released him into the hands of British forces. My brave father fought to defeat the same kind of tyranny America is facing today in Islamofacism. He risked his life to ensure that his and future generations of Americans would enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. He volunteered because he believed in America’s greatness. These were The Dreams of My American Father and I am proud to claim them as my own.

I am a natural-born citizen of the United States. I have been a proud Virginian my entire life. My wife and I have raised five beautiful children in the Commonwealth. We have taught our three sons and two daughters that America is a land of liberty, justice, and equal opportunity for all. We taught them to love America as the Framers intended it, and to love the God who gave us this once-in-a-millennium, one-of-a-kind “Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.” As an ordained minister, I recently enjoyed the honor of presiding over oldest daughter’s wedding in Haymarket, Virginia. I have four siblings, five nieces and six nephews who also reside in Northern Virginia.

In two days, America will celebrate its 233rd birthday. Today, words are not sufficient to describe the grave concern I have over the direction our nation is being taken in. We are losing America! Our children and grandchildren are losing America.  A world in desperate need of freedom is losing Liberty’s Guardian, America. Or should I say America is being stolen from us!

Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution states, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”  Therefore, it would seem incumbent on political parties to obtain certifiable documentary evidence of a candidate’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office before nominating them, and to make that evidence readily available, not only to state governors, legislatures, election certification authorities, and legal inquisitors, but to any American citizen who asks for it. Since the burden of proof of eligibility lies with the candidate and his nominating party, it must be assumed that any Presidential aspirant who resists or is unable to provide such evidence, is ineligible to be President.

I am not an attorney or legal scholar, but simple common sense instructs me that a PDF image of a, some say, forged Hawaiian “Certification of Live Birth” (which is not a Hawaiian birth certificate) posted on a partisan political website doth not evidence beyond a reasonable doubt make. Were we voting for homecoming queen or the next HOA president instead of the President of the United States, certification of natural-born citizenship might not weigh as heavily in the vetting process. In matters as weighty as who will command US forces into battle, however, any corner-cutting by those responsible for fully vetting a candidate’s eligibility to hold office, is inexcusable and a treasonous dereliction of duty! One who knowingly holds the Office of President in violation of the US Constitution should be impeached and tried for high treason. Anyone who aids and abets someone who is not constitutionally eligible to hold the office, commits treason and should be tried as a traitor.

The fact that Barak Obama has retained elite legal counsel and paid them hundreds of thousands of dollars to block any legitimate attempt to gain access to his certified birth record, when it would be much easer and cost only $500 to obtain and distribute fifty copies to inquisitors, is itself compelling prima facie evidence that demands a rebuttal, or delivery of the goods.  In the absence of these, it must be assumed that Barak Obama is ineligible to be President and that his removal from the White House, by force if necessary, is mandated.

How much more evidence do we need? Why are our elected representatives standing idly by while this fraud, who has not provided a single shred of certifiable evidence that  he is a natural-born US citizen, whose birth in Kenya has been attested to by family eyewitnesses, whose childhood enrolment in an Indonesian Madrasah suggests he would have had to renounce citizenship in any other country and become an Indonesian citizen, shreds the US Constitution?  It is time to remove this evil impostor from the White House or America is finished.

To Our Elected Representatives

How much longer do our elected representatives think the American people will stand for this masquerade?!  More than 50% of Americans are now aware of the questions surrounding Barak Obama’s eligibility and almost 50% are troubled by it or believe Obama should release all relevant documents, including his birth certificate.  Do our representatives and judges who are kicking the can down the road actually believe that allowing this sham of a Presidency to continue will be less destructive to America in the long run than dealing with the civil unrest that might ensue should the truth of Obama’s ineligibility be fully exposed and properly dealt with now?  Soon we will not have an America to contend for.

Do not defame our American military heroes! Do not desecrate the graves of the men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice over the past 233 years to acquire and preserve American liberty!  Do not trample the graves of our fallen heroes at Pearl Harbor, Normandy, Arlington National Cemetery, Gettysburg, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Do not mock the men who sacrificed everything by signing their names to the Declaration of Independence.  Now is not the time to shrink from duty, costly though it might be. This tyranny is precisely the reason we have come to this hour!

How can we, in good conscience, embrace our children and grandchildren, tell them we love them, coddle them on our knees, save for their futures, tell them America is great, reassure them of a bright future, and still look them in the eye while we allow this despot, a complicit sell-out US legislature, and their subversive enablers in the national media, to utterly destroy America and its future?  If we are not willing to sacrifice at least as much as our forebears did to secure American liberty, then we too are desecrating their tombs and deserve to have our own trampled!

Will it again become necessary “for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them?”  Will average American Patriots once again be bound to take matters into our own hands because our elected representatives are gutless cowards who have abdicated their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution of the United States?!  Stop being wimps and act like men!

William Wallace of Scotland’s speech before the battle of Sterling is instructive to anyone who might be tempted to retreat or capitulate in the face of this formidable tyranny:

Wallace: Sons of Scotland, I am William Wallace.

Wallace: Yes, I've heard. Kills men by the hundreds, and if he were here he'd consume the English with fireballs from his eyes and bolts of lightning from his arse. I AM William Wallace. And I see a whole army of my countrymen here in defiance of tyranny. You have come to fight as free men, and free men you are. What would you do without freedom? Will you fight?
